Vanmiddag hadden we een geweldige tijd bij Avans in Den Bosch voor ons halfjaarlijkse gastcollege over “Verandermanagement.” Het is altijd een kick om inzichten te delen over hoe we toekomstige consultants meenemen in de fantastische wereld van verandering.
We doken diep in de details van het meenemen van aspirant-consultants op een reis door ons opwindende vakgebied. Van het navigeren door klantrelaties tot het ontrafelen van de essentie van verandering zelf, we behandelden het allemaal! Wat is het geheime ingrediënt om alles glashelder te maken? From navigating client relationships to unraveling the essence of change itself, we covered it all! What’s the secret sauce to making everything crystal clear?
