Deze week trapte onze Bal een mooi nieuw project af. Vanuit onze visie dat je alleen succesvol kunt veranderen als je de juiste verbinding hebt, begeleiden we komende maanden zo’n 120 personen verspreid over een negen teams.

We zijn blij dat organisaties zo betrokken zijn bij hun mensen dat zij dit soort investeringen willen doen. En kijken uit naar de ontmoetingen met nieuwe mensen en de dynamieken in de teams. Om samen te bouwen met hen aan sterkte en fijne teams!

Kickoff

This week, our Bal launched a beautiful new project. Guided by our belief that successful change is only possible when you have the right connection, we will be guiding around 120 individuals across nine teams in the coming months.

We are pleased that organizations are so engaged with their people that they are willing to make these kinds of investments. We are looking forward to meeting new people and experiencing the dynamics within the teams. Together, we will build strength and great teams with them!
